Commencing at the intersection of the St. Peters Highway (Route # 2) and the Norwood Road; thence northwardly along said road to the south boundary of the Charlottetown Airport; thence westwardly along said airport boundary to the Brackley Point Road;
thence northwardly along said road to the Sherwood Road; thence westwardly along said road to the Malpeque Road; thence southwardly along said road to the Trans Canada Highway; thence westwardly along said highway to the North River Road; thence southwardly along said road to Hermitage Creek; thence eastwardly along said creek to University Avenue; thence southwardly along said avenue to Belvedere Avenue; thence eastwardly along said avenue to St. Peters Road; thence eastwardly along said road to the Norwood Road to the point of commencement.
